The stage is set for the final four Ford Women's NSW Open Regional Qualifying Events, which will tee off this Wednesday.
With anticipation building towards the 2025 Ford Women's NSW Open at Wollongong Golf Club, the tournaments also highlight the remarkable depth of talent in female golf, with athletes from across Australia - including 2024 LET Access Series tournament winner Kelsey Bennett (pictured) - competing against several internationals.
Beginning at Narrabri Golfie from December 4-6, the series showcases some of the state's most celebrated regional courses.
The action moves to Dubbo Golf Club from December 8-10. Renowned for its immaculate fairways and greens, Dubbo is a favourite stop for many of the players with its welcoming community.
The journey continues onto Bathurst Golf Club, Australia's first inland settlement, and home of the iconic Mount Panorama motor racing circuit, from December 11-13.
The final stop of the four-tournament run will be the historic Duntryleague Golf Club in Orange from December 15-17, where players will compete on one of regional Australia's most storied courses.
Each tournament will feature two rounds of competitions, with a $50,000 purse at stake.
The top two players from each event will secure a coveted spot in the 2025 Ford Women's NSW Open, scheduled for March 20-23 at the stunning Wollongong Golf Club, a venue that boasts sweeping coastal views and a challenging layout for the game's best.
Reflecting on the significance of the Regional Qualifying Series, Golf NSW's Nicole Martin said, "These events not only provide an opportunity for talented players to advance but also celebrate the incredible diversity and quality of our golf courses across regional NSW.
"From the rich history of Duntryleague to the vibrant communities at Narrabri and Dubbo, this series showcases everything that makes golf in our state so special."
The first two qualifiers of the 2025 series have already delivered thrilling results. New Zealand's Wenyung Keh claimed victory at Mollymook Golf Club, while 19-year-old Claire Shin celebrated her maiden professional win at Wagga Wagga Country Club.
Martin said the broader impact of the series on regional communities went beyond just benefitting the sport, adding, "These tournaments are about more than just golf. They bring professional sport to regional areas, inspire the next generation, and shine a spotlight on the dedication of local clubs and volunteers. It's a fantastic opportunity for communities to be part of something extraordinary."
The final rounds of all four qualifiers will be live-streamed on the Women's NSW Open website and the SEN App, adding to the excitement while ensuring fans across Australia can follow the action.
Entry to all venues is free, and spectators can walk the fairways in person to cheer on the players and soak up the tournament atmosphere.
