Minjee Lee leads the way but Grace Kim and Stephanie Kyriacou both roared into contention on day two of the Dana Open in Ohio.

Following a 4-under par 67 in Round 1, Lee solidified her place within the top 15 at the halfway mark with a 3-under 68 in Round 2, hitting 16 of 18 greens in regulation and going bogey-free for her past 25 holes.

At 7-udner par the 27-year-old two-time major champion sits four shots back of American Annie Park (63) and has two fellow Aussies nipping at her heels.

Paired together for the opening two rounds, Kim and Kyriacou both made major moves on Friday.

Only three players bettered Kim’s 6-under 65 on day two, the 22-year-old making five birdies in her first eight holes on Friday after starting from the 10th tee.

Like her former NSW Interstate teammate, Kyriacou also advanced her position over the opening nine holes, matching Kim’s five birdies in her round of 5-under 66.

A two-time winner on the Epson Tour this year and bound for the LPGA Tour in 2024, Gabriela Ruffels (69) is tied for 35th as Su Oh (70) and Sarah Kemp (71) made the cut on the number.

West Australian Kirsten Rudgeley (73) and Kiwi Momoka Kobori (73) are tied for 13th after Round 1 of the Aramco Team Series London on the Ladies European Tour and Robyn Choi is tied for 13th halfway through the opening round of the Epson Tour’s Hartford Healthcare Women’s Championship in Connecticut.
