Queensland’s Jordan O’Brien has broken through for her first professional victory winning the Navigate Advisors Wagga Wagga Country Club pro-am today.

The 26-year-old started today's second and final round three shots adrift of overnight leader New Zealander Munchin Keh but was straight into attacking mode bagging four birdies in her opening six holes, while Keh faltered early in her round with bogeys at her opening two holes to fall out of the lead.

On a perfect Wagga Wagga autumn afternoon perfect for low scoring, many players found themselves in contention at some point during the final round, however it was O’Brien who kept her cool making a crucial birdie at her final hole to seal the win and the $7500 first prize cheque.

Tied for second place were Queenslanders Rhianna Lewis and Katelyn Must, while overnight leader Keh shot a 1-over par round of 74 to finish in a tie for 4th place with Breanna Gill and Elmay Viking, who shot  a 5-under par 68 which was the lowest round of the day,

The WPGA Tour now takes a short break before resuming at the Womens NSW Open at Tuncurry Golf Club on the 24th March.
