Four players will share the lead heading into the final round of the Chico’s Patty Berg Memorial tournament on the Symetra Tour.
Canadian Maude-Aimee Leblanc (69) and Americans Lee Lopez (70), Do Bianna (72) and Laura Kueny (69) all sit atop of the leaderboard at six-under-par. They are one clear of another Canadian Augusta James.
Unfortunately it wasn’t the best day for the Australian contingent. Second round co-leader, Emma de Groot carded at four-over-par 76 to be two-under-par for the tournament and tied for 11th. Su Oh is at one-over-par after a 73 and shares 20th place.
de Groot is not out of it, she is only four back and if she can get off to a quick start, she might be able to put some pressure on the leaders. The Coffs Harbour golfer has one top 10 finish to her name to date on the Symetra Tour.
This is Oh first event on the Symetra Tour so she will be looking for a top 10 finish come Sunday afternoon. Oh will then head to play on the LPGA tour in the Swinging Skrts event next week in California. Oh secured her start after her win earlier this year in the RACV Ladies Masters.
Jayde Panos and Julia Boland both shot 76 to fall back to five and six over respectively. Panos is tied 50th, while Boland is tied for 51st. New Zealand’s Liv Cheng is at seven-over-par after signing for a 78 and is tied for 54th.
